Q. When will my order ship?
Better Box Mailboxes processes orders every business day. Normally all orders are shipped within 24 hours and many orders are shipped the same day depending on when the order is received.
Q. How will my order ship?
Mailboxes and any accessory items purchased with a mailbox are shipped via Fed Ex daily using Fed Ex Ground and Fed Ex Home delivery services. Brass Numbers and other small accessory items purchased without a mailbox ship daily via USPS.
Q. How do you install a Better Box Mailbox?
These mailboxes are versatile and can easily be mounted on a concrete pad, in a concrete pour, or over the top of a newly buried or existing post. If you have extreme cold in the winter you will need to bury your mounting post below the published frost line. A 4 x 4 wooden post with the corners shaved back for a snug fit, a 3-inch round metal or 4-inch round metal post all work well depending on your circumstances and resources.
Q. How do you install the Brass Numbers?
Better Box Brass Numbers come with 3M double sided automotive grade sticky tape mounted on the back. You just peel and stick.
Q. What is your return policy?
We are absolutely certain you will be pleased with the quality of your new Better Box Mailbox. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased from our website you can return it for full purchase price refund.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Better Box Mailbox purchase we will correct any problems, exchange your item, or refund your purchase price for up to 30 days from the date of your purchase. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Q. Will Better Box Mailboxes rust or rot?
No. Better Box Mailboxes are made from high grade cast aluminum construction. All assembly hardware is either brass or stainless steel. Using all non-ferrous metals means nothing on a new Better Box Mailbox will rust or rot.
Q. Will these mailboxes stand up to vandals?
We are very pleased to say we have never lost a mailbox to a baseball bat. We have had several calls indicating a broken bat was found and the mailbox was fine. However, they are not indestructible. Individual parts can be purchased from Better Box Mailbox should the need ever arise.
